Artist's Description
The central portrait is a 2 plate etching and the colored border is a collagraph printed on Somerset paper. The background of the portrait lists some of Beethoven's best known works. The colored surround features the 3 dots and a dash - morse code for the letter V (for Victory) - which is the characteristic four note opening motif of Beethoven\'s 5th Symphony. Giclee prints are available here from FineArtAmerica.
